We accept the following methods of payment for orders.  For credit/debit transactions please use the online checkout process as it is the most secure method of capturing these types of transactions.  For all other methods of payment please contact us directly to place your order.

USPS Money Order – Issued by the United States Postal Service.  Same as cash price.  No hold; funds clear immediately upon receipt.

Cashier’s/Bank Check – Issued by a bank.  Same as cash price.  Five (5) business day hold before clearing.

Personal / Business Check – Issued by a signature authority on the account from which it came.  Same as cash price.  Ten (10) business day hold before clearing.

ACH (Txtacheck) – A secure and instant, direct transfer of funds between bank accounts with the issuance of an electronic check via email or smart device.  Same as cash price.  Three (3) business day hold before clearing.  Txtacheck payment must be received within thirty (30) minutes of completing the order to ensure pricing and stock availability.  After thirty (30) minutes of not receiving payment we may release the ordered items for sale to other orders.

Credit / Debit Card – The use of a credit or debit card will incur an additional 3% up charge to your order total.  This fee goes to offset the costs of credit card processing so that we may offer the absolute lowest prices to our customers.  We hold credit and debit card orders for two (2) business days.

Zelle – An instant, secure payment application offered by most banks and issued using a smart device.  Funds are transferred directly from your account to ours using only an email address or cell phone number.  Same as cash price.  One (1) business day hold before clearing.  This method of payment cannot be used and will not be accepted for firearms and ammunition purchases.        



We have two separate inventories; “IN-STOCK” and “AVAILABLE ONLINE.”  Items from both inventories will appear for sale on our website.  Items will be clearly designated as “in-stock”, “available online” or both on the individual product page. 

“IN-STOCK” - Our in-stock inventory are items we have physical possession of, on the premises.  These items may be purchased either through our website or at the shop.  In-stock items are available for immediate shipment upon payment settlement.  See Payment Methods, above, for hold times.  If an item is designated as both in-stock and available online, the in-stock item will take priority for order fulfillment to satisfy the order in the shortest amount of time.

“AVAILABLE ONLINE” – Items designated as available online are representative of simultaneous, live inventory feeds from our three largest distributors (RSR Group, Zanders Sporting Goods, and MGE Wholesale).  When an order is placed for an item that is only available online, we will receive the order and determine which distributor can best fill the order.  We then place a subsequent order with the distributor for your item.  For multiple item orders it may be necessary to use more than one distributor to complete the order.           



We strive to get every order out the door as quickly as possible.  However, there are many factors which our out of our control and can delay the order fulfillment process.  This is particularly true with the regulated items that we sell (i.e. firearms, magazines, and ammunition).  For these reasons we require a wait time of ten (10) business days from the time your payment clears to receive your order.  We find that good communication and coordination between us, the customer, and the receiving FFL significantly decrease the possibility delays.

We will not ship noncompliant or nonapproved firearms, ammunition, or magazines with more than 10 round capacity to the following locations…

We will not ship magazines with greater than 15 round capacity to the following locations…

Orders placed in violation of the restrictions above will be cancelled and subject to fees under our Order Cancellation Policy.

Handgun shipments within the lower 48 states are a flat rate of $15 for the first handgun and $5 for each additional handgun in a combined shipment.  Handguns are shipped via USPS 2-Day Priority. 

Long gun shipments within the lower 48 states are a flat rate of $25 for the first long gun and $10 for each additional long gun in a combined shipment.  Long guns are shipped via ground using a variety of carriers (UPS or FEDEX) 

Firearm shipments outside of the lower 48 states (to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands) will be charged as actual shipping cost. 

Shipping costs do not include shipment insurance in the case a shipment is lost or damaged.  Shipment insurance can be purchased at the discretion of the buyer for an additional 1.5% per $100 of coverage.

Non-regulated items that can be shipped to directly to the buyer cannot be combined with any firearm shipment and shipped to the FFL.  Shipping costs for all non-firearm purchases are determined at checkout.  



All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Many of the firearms, magazines, parts, and ammunition for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to check your local and state laws and regulations before placing an order.  Orders placed for restricted or prohibited items will be subject to cancellation and subsequent fees under the Order Cancellation Policy.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all magazines, accessories, documentation, and applicable warranty as specified by the manufacturer.  We do not add, remove, or alter any items before shipment.

Occasionally, what comes “included” with a firearm or other items is changed by the manufacturer without prior notice to their distributors and/or retailers.



We reserved the explicit right to cancel a firearm, magazine or ammunition order at anytime.

Orders cannot be changed after being placed, only cancelled.  Ensure that your order is complete and correct before placing it.

The items displayed on this site are indicative of our distributor inventories and are available for online purchase only.  Online pricing and inventory does not reflect our in-store pricing and inventory.

It is illegal to ship any firearm to anyone who is not a Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL).  Firearms purchased online may picked up at our shop or you may have them shipped to an FFL near you.

We highly recommend that the buyer contact his/her chosen FFL before completing your purchase to ensure they will accept the firearm(s) and arrange transfer.  We will verify, through a 3rd party database, only that your chosen FFL is active and in good standing as a licensee before shipping the firearm(s).

The buyer is responsible for any charges or fees associated with their chosen FFL accepting or refusing to accept your firearm(s).

We cannot ship a firearm without your FFL’s license information.  Orders will be held for no longer than seven (7) business days without receipt of your FFL’s license.  Orders without an FFL license on file after seven (7) business days will be cancelled and therefore subject to fees under the Order Cancellation Policy.

Because our online inventory is a direct feed from our distributors, stock levels and even prices change quickly and constantly throughout the day.  With a natural gap in time between completing your online order and us receiving and processing the order, ordered items may fall out of stock (become unavailable) or may only be available at a different (higher) price from another distributor.  If this does occur with your order, we will contact you with the circumstances.  At your discretion we will either issue a refund for the full amount or hold the order for three (3) business days to attempt to fill the order at the agreed upon price.  If after three (3) business days we are unable to fill the order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for the full amount.  

Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item descriptions may contain a typographical error.  We do not guarantee that product titles, descriptions, photos or prices on our site are error free.

Many of the product photos and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and do not always represent the actual item being purchased.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the Unique Product Code (UPC) and Manufacturer’s Part Number correspond with the product intended for purchase.

Prices on firearms, accessories, or any other item sold on this website fluctuate based on manufacturer or distributer price changes or promotions.  We price our products based on the current dealer purchase price at the time the order was placed.  We do not offer a price guarantee and will not provide a partial refund if the sale price of an item is lowered after the purchase is made.



Black Flag Armory is in no way a party to or concerned with warranty claims or service for items purchased on this website.  Firearms or any other item purchased requiring warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer for repair.  If you contact us concerning any warranty claim, we will not be able to assist you other than pointing you in the direction of the manufacturer.



We reserved the explicit right to cancel a firearm, magazine or ammunition (regulated item) order at any time during the fulfillment process.

We invest time and incur costs for every order, as soon as it is placed and throughout pre-shipment processing and preparation.  In order to keep cost down and therefore consumer prices low, we must be able to recoup losses resulting from cancelled orders.

By placing an order online or over the phone with a sales associate, you agree to the store polices and the terms and conditions of sale.  In understanding, you agree to pay the all fees associated with your cancellation of the order.

CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER PLACEMENT:  Cash and same as cash type orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed will be refunded for the full amount.  Credit and debit card orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed will be refunded for the full amount, less a 6% cancellation fee to cover the incurred cost of credit card processing fees associated with accepting a credit card authorization and processing for refund.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS AND BEFORE SHIPMENT:  Cash and same as cash type orders cancelled within this time frame of the order fulfillment process will be refunded in full, less a 10% restocking fee.  Credit and debit card orders cancelled during this period of the order fulfillment process will be refunded in full, less an 8% credit/debit order cancellation fee, and less a 10% restocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER ORDER SHIPMENT:  Order shipment is defined by an item being labeled, packaged, or otherwise prepared to leave the distributor warehouse or our own premises.  At this point in the fulfillment process a cancelled cash or same as cash type order will be refunded in full, less a 25% restocking fee, less initial shipping charges, and less actual return/recall shipping charges (if applicable).  Cancelled credit/debit type orders at this stage of fulfillment will be refunded in full, less an 8% credit order cancellation fee, less a 25% restocking fee, less initial shipping charges, and less actual return/recall charges (if applicable).  


If for any reason a firearm or other item must be shipped back to our facility, the purchaser will be responsible for all fees and charges associated with the return shipment.  We will not accept a return on the firearm once it has been legally transferred from the receiving FFL to the buyer.

We will not accept return shipments without a return authorization number.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email message for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within three (3) business days of receiving the product.  If the product is returned a suitable condition, we will issue you a refund, less 8% processing fee, less original shipping, less return shipping (if provided by us), less a 10% restocking fee for items other than firearms, or 25% restocking fee for firearms.

The merchandise being returned must be received by us within ten (10) business days from the issuance of the RMA.

The returning merchandise must return in a “suitable condition” meaning packed in the original packaging, new/unopened/unused, and complete with any/all accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that originally shipped with the product.

An additional open box fee of 15% will be assessed on any sealed product which was opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following items and all sales are final…

  1. Special order and products custom configured to customer specifications.
  2. Products sold “AS IS” or “USED” or that have been installed or utilized after receipt.
  3. All (new or used) firearm sales are final once the buyer has taken possession of the firearm through lawful transfer.
  4. All ammunition sales are final.
  5. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment.

Manufacturer and/or cosmetic defects of a product must be addressed by the manufacturer under any applicable warranty provided.  Please contact the manufacturer directly for the repair or replacement of the product.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning or refusing delivery of merchandise.


Refunds on cancelled/returned orders are typically executed within five (5) business days of receiving the returned item or receiving the cancellation request for items that have not left the distributor warehouse or our premises.



You must be 21 or older to purchase any type of ammunition from us.  All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required for delivery.  Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms.  Check your local laws for any other regulations.



The buyer fully agrees that if any of their representations when making purchases under the terms of sale are incorrect or if they fail to comply with these terms of sale, they will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release BLACKFLAGARMORY.COM (BLACK FLAG ARMORY | REDSE7EN GROUP LLC) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from their purchase(s) from BLACKFLAGARMORY.COM and its subdomains (BLACK FLAG ARMORY).

The buyer fully agrees that by placing their order, they release BLACKFLAGARMORY.COM (BLACK FLAG ARMORY) from any and all liability arising from or related to the products they purchased from BLACKFLAGARMORY.COM (BLACK FLAGA ARMORY), including (but not limited to) theirs or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and they agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release BLACKFLAGARMORY.COM (BLACK FLAG ARMORY) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products they purchased from BLACKFLAGARMORY.COM (BLACK FLAG ARMORY).



By placing an order or using our website in any way, the buyer and/or user of this site agrees that any matter, financial or otherwise, be given legal jurisdiction in Okaloosa County, Florida, or if applicable, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida (Pensacola, FL Division).

Buyer and/or user of this site agrees that BLACKFLAGARMORY.COM (BLACK FLAG ARMORY) and/or its assignees have a legal right to collect any personal property of the buyer and/or user of this site to satisfy any monies or judgements owed to BLACKFLAGARMORY.COM (BLACK FLAG ARMORY) and/or its assignees.

Failure to comply with the store policies listed above may result in criminal charges for theft of services, theft, and theft by deception or any other applicable charge.
